Complete with the XR console, you can view all your workout stats with ease on the bright 8.5” LCD display. There are 5 workout programmes built-in, including the renowned Sprint8 HIIT programme for intense home training. Multi-grip dual action and stationary handlebars let you switch up the focus of your session quickly, with resistance / incline toggle integrated allowing for changes on the fly.
