The 18cm white LCD display of the new Track Connect 2.0 console features an instructional message centre and 3 custom workouts per user profile, alongside 15 workout options. Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill. Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test. Heart Rate Controlled Workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill™, Heart Rate Interval™, Extreme Heart Rate™. Goal Workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate. The Track Connect 2.0 features enhanced Bluetooth® that enables pairing with an Apple Watch® or Samsung Galaxy Watch®, as well as Apple® or Android™ smartphones. The Life Fitness RS3 Lifecycle has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included. This enables you to monitor your heart rate while you work up a sweat.
