You can also use the included wireless chest strap. The multi-grip moving handlebars also come with handy one-touch thumb resistance controls for easy workout adjustments. The Go Console features an easy-to-use LCD interface, complete with a range of 13 challenging workout programmes to help inspire your training and reach those targets faster. Mixing up your speed and resistance, programmes include Fat Burn, Hill and Sport Training, as well as a range of Heart Rate focused workouts. With contact heart rate sensors in the stationary handlebars, you can easily keep track of your heart rate or opt to use the included chest strap for optimum results. The LCD screen displays all your other key workout stats too, making progress tracking simple.
