This recumbent bike features an ergonomic, step-through design, enabling you to exit and access the machine with ease, assisted further by the front assist handle. The recumbent seat features 13 horizontal adjustments and a comfort back pad to ensure a stress-free body position every time you train. The 18cm white LCD display of the new Track Connect 2.0 console features an instructional message centre and 3 custom workouts per user profile, alongside 15 workout options. Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill. Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test. Heart Rate Controlled Workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill™, Heart Rate Interval™, Extreme Heart Rate™. Goal Workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate. The Track Connect 2.0 features enhanced Bluetooth® that enables pairing with an Apple Watch® or Samsung Galaxy Watch®, as well as Apple® or Android™ smartphones. This lets you connect seamlessly to the bike for extremely accurate workout information. A dual-zone design separates entertainment and workout specific areas. The Life Fitness RS1 has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included. This enables you to closely monitor your heart rate on-screen while you work up a sweat.
